As Headteacher of The Grange School I consider myself privileged to work with a team of professionals who care about the academic achievements and welfare of our students.
I believe in the young people of this school and the adults who work here have the duty and responsibility to challenge every child to the point whereby they fulfil their potential.
With the help of ‘our parents’ we can enable our students to believe, not only in themselves, but in the value and power of education. The students of The Grange School could spend up to eight years of their lives with us and it is incumbent upon me and my colleagues to provide an environment that is safe and secure but at the same time enjoyable and rewarding.
The Governors of the school understand the issues facing our students and challenge us all to make The Grange School one of the best schools in Buckinghamshire and the first choice Upper School in the locality. Why? In doing so we improve the opportunities for the young people and community we serve.
