Our Equality Objectives for 2025/26 are as follows:
- To celebrate and reflect the diversity of our school community through the curriculum and extra curriculum we offer, providing positive role models our students can identify with.
- To refine monitoring and analysis of student progress by ethnicity, gender, disability and implement systems to address inequalities in student attainment and progress
- Ensure all staff and governors are trained on equality and diversity specifically unconscious bias and the use and response to the use of language
- Ensure all groups of students, parents, and carers access opportunities to contribute positively to the wider life of the school, ensuring equity and fairness in access and engagement.
These objectives are evident within the current school improvement plan, are monitored through termly reports and are listed in our Equality and Diversity Policy.
