We actively encourage our students to make their way to and from school by bike in a safe manner (helmets are essential). To ensure security we have a large secure bike shelter that will be unlocked at the start and end of the school day to allow students to drop off and collect their bikes. If students need to leave during the school day they will need to contact the site team via reception. As an additional security measure, we do ask that students please provide their own suitable bike lock.
To ensure that students are able to travel to and from school as safely as possible they must follow these rules:
- Wear a cycle helmet
- Pay attention and do not get distracted by listening to music
- Do not ride on pavements unless signs say so
- Obey traffic lights and road signs.
