Children who’s parents/carers receive one of the following benefits are entitled to Free School Meals. Parents/carers who receive one of the targeted benefits generate Pupil Premium for the school:
Targeted Eligibility
- Universal Credit with an annual net earned income of no more than £7,400
- Support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
- The Guaranteed Element of State Pension Credit
- Parents with no recourse to public funds – contact the school for how to apply under this criteria
- Children who receive Universal Credit in their own right are also entitled to receive free school meals.
Expanded Eligibility
- Universal Credit with an annual net earned household income over £7400
