Uniform can be purchased online through the Price and Buckland Uniform Shop, locally from Bucks Schoolwear Plus or other retail stores with approved styles.

Students are expected to wear the school uniform as detailed below:

  • Black blazer with Grange School badge to be worn every day.
  • Pale blue shirt (from uniform suppliers or retail stores). Can be short or long sleeved.
  • Grange School tie.
  • Black trousers (from uniform suppliers or approved styles from retail stores). No jeans style or skinny style.
  • Plain black socks.
  • Black shoes (See examples). No canvas shoes or trainers/leisure style shoes.
  • Black or dark blue top coat. No hoodies are permitted.

Optional Uniform

  • Black v neck jumper, plain and unbranded. To be worn under a blazer only, not instead of a blazer.

  • Grange School tie.
  • Black trousers (from uniform supplier or approved styles from retail stores with black socks or plain, black, opaque tights. No jeans style, skinny style or leggings of any kind.
  • Black shoes – heels no higher than two inches (See examples). No canvas shoes, trainers/leisure style shoes or high heels.
  • Black or dark blue top coat. No hoodies are permitted. 

Compulsory Kit

  • White/black or plain white polo shirt with Grange School logo.
  • Black/white or plain black shorts with Grange School logo OR Black/white skort with Grange School logo.
  • Plain black football socks.
  • Appropriate Training shoes/boots as required.
  • Shin pads for football and hockey.
  • No Nike Pro shorts to be worn.

Optional Items

  • Black sweatshirt with Grange School logo.
  • Black tracksuit bottoms.
  • Black sports leggings
  • Black or white base layer for underneath kit in cold weather.
  • Gum shield.

 

Jewellery, Make up and Hair
  • One pair of small, plain earring studs. Hoops of any kind are not permitted.
  • A watch may be worn. Smart watches are not permitted in exams.
  • No nose studs, oral or facial piercings.
  • If make-up is worn, it should be very discreet, otherwise students will be asked to remove it.
  • No nail varnish other than neutral.
  • Nails should be kept as short as possible to be appropriate length for sport, Food Technology and other physical activities.
  • Acrylic and gel nails should not be used if they cannot conform to our policy.
  • Hair should be neat and tidy and in a style that does not draw undue attention to the student.
  • Hair dyes must be in natural appropriate colours.
  • No patterns/shaved areas cut into the hair.
  • Hair accessories must be plain black or navy blue.

If students are not in the correct uniform, parents/carers will be contacted and students either sent home to change or families asked to bring the correct uniform into school.
