Single Sign-On Services

All students are issued a personal school username, email address and password on joining the school. These credentials should be used to access all of the following IT systems and resources:

Bromcom Student Portal – (use the “Login with Microsoft Account” button)
GIS Maps for Schools
Kerboodle – (use the “Sign in with Microsoft” button)
Microsoft 365 Apps – (including Outlook for Emails / OneDrive for Documents / Teams for Collaboration)
School Library – (use the “Sign in with Microsoft” button)
Seneca – (use the “Sign in with Office 365” button)
SketchUp for Schools – (use the “Sign in with Microsoft” button)
Sparx Maths – (use the “Login to Sparx using Microsoft ” button)

NOTE: When a student changes their password on a school computer, the password is changed for all systems in the list above.

Other Services

These services do not support single sign-on and therefore students require separate login credentials.

ActiveLearn – accounts are issued by the school IT Office

How do I access...?

Microsoft 365 Apps

Sign into Microsoft 365 using your school email address and the password you use to log on to a school computer.

Your school email address is made up of your username plus @we-can.org.uk

So if your username is 19SMITHEx your email address would be [email protected]

Forgotten password...?

Parents can email the school for any IT related queries such as a student forgetting their main school account details. Please include your full name and contact number so we can get in touch with you.
