Our experienced, knowledgeable and approachable Student Support Team (based at Stapleton House) offer our young people the following services:
- 1:1 mentoring – Emotional support, help making sense of challenging and worrying thoughts
- Safeguarding – Helping and supporting students welfare
- Nurture Group – A group to support and empower year 7’s
- Year 6-7 Transition – Group work to help students with the move from Junior school
- Young Carers Group – A place to meet for students who care for family members
- Inclusion – Working with students removed from normal lessons
- Restorative Justice – Helping students reconcile after conflict
- Drop In Support – Breaktimes and lunchtimes only
Students can be referred for support by their Form Tutor or Head of Year. They can also self-refer by making contact with a member of the team directly, or by emailing [email protected].
