Supervised by Ms Nuttall, our Crochet Club meets every Thursday for Year 7, 8 and 9 in Languages 1. This week’s chilled atmosphere turned festive with Nativity playing in the background!

The students have been creating some amazing crochet pieces, showing brilliant creativity, patience and skill. We’re so proud of what they’re producing each week!

Why crochet is a great activity for young people:

  • It boosts creativity and encourages students to design and make their own projects.
  • It supports wellbeing, helping reduce stress and improves focus
  • It builds fine motor skills and increases confidence as students see their progress.
  • It encourages a wonderful sense of community, with students helping and learning from each other.

Here’s a little peek at this week’s session!
