Last weekend, 49 of our Year 9 students took on their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award practice walk at the stunning Dunstable Downs. An 8‑mile route that was as challenging as it was beautiful.
This week, our D of E team attended an after school session to learn more about navigation route planning ready for their final expedition later this month.

Our training sessions and practice walks are fast approaching and we are excited for the final expeditions which take place in May and June.
This week, Mr Dharsey, the DofE Coordinator gave a virtual assembly to all of our Year 9 students about the benefits of taking part in the DofE Bronze Award Scheme.
