A fantastic team performance saw our Year 8 Boys’ Football Team secure an impressive 4-1 victory over St Michael’s Catholic School, High Wycombe and book their place in the next round of the County Cup.
After a strong first-half display, the team went into the break 1-0 ahead, thanks to a debut goal from Cristian S, who found the net following a well-worked short corner.
The boys continued their excellent performance after half-time, with Thomas K doubling the lead before Cristian S scored his second on debut from the penalty spot. St Michael’s pulled one back, but Eisa H restored the three-goal advantage with an effort that took a deflection on its way into the net.🙌
Special congratulations to Player of the Match, Cristian S, who marked his debut with two goals, and to goalkeeper Zion J C, who made several outstanding saves throughout the game.
A warm welcome also to our debutants:

Good luck to the squad as they now prepare for a Round 3 trip to John Hampden Grammar School.
A big thank you to Mr Olde for supporting the team and for the fabulous match review!
