We are excited to be launching a new initiative called Family Enrichment Activities, designed to support parents and carers in helping their children learn beyond the classroom. Each term, we will put together posters for three or four different subjects to encourage shared learning at home.
The resource will include non-compulsory tasks with suggested fun activities to enjoy together as a family, along with local events you can attend to enrich learning beyond the classroom. This term — before we break for Christmas — our focus is on Art, Religious Studies, Business and Food Technology.
The posters will be shared in our weekly bulletin, through Satchel One, on social media and here on our school website, providing families with accessible and engaging ways to enrich their child’s learning journey. We would absolutely love to see what you produce and there will be prizes up for grabs for the most creative work.
