It’s been an incredible couple of months of martial arts success for Summer G in 9D!
Competing in her very first ITF competition in March, Summer fought brilliantly to take home gold in sparring. Just two weeks later, she built on that success with another gold in sparring and silver in patterns!
Her hard work and dedication also earned her a promotion to Red Belt in ITF, followed by National Squad training.
To top it all off, at the end of April, Summer competed at the MFMA competition in Southampton. After supporting the younger members of her team throughout the day, she stepped onto the mat herself and secured another gold in sparring after an incredibly close final against her teammate.
We are so proud of your determination, resilience, and sportsmanship, Summer. What a fantastic achievement!
