We have been fortunate to have been able to book a 90-minute session for all of our Year 8 students at the Bucks Skills Show on Wednesday 9 March.

The show features a wide range of businesses and training providers, who explain and showcase the various opportunities that they can offer. We have chosen Year 8, as we appreciate how important it is for young people to start thinking about their futures at an early stage. This should help to inspire them and provide a valuable context for their studies. It should also help guide them in their option choices that will be made in Year 9.
We are taking the students in two groups. The DISC students will travel by coach, (to Westcott Venture Park ) departing at 8.30 am, and returning to school at 11.15 am and the OVER students will also travel by coach, departing at 11.15 am and returning at 1.30 pm. There is no cost for the visit.
This will be the second time that we have attended the event and student feedback after the first visit in 2019 was extremely positive, so we are very pleased that it is back on and that we have managed to book a slot.
