On Thursday 22 October, our Year 11 students took part in our annual Training Provider Event, giving them the opportunity to explore the wide range of pathways available after Year 11 and helping them make informed decisions about their next steps. Students met representatives from Buckinghamshire College Group University of Hertfordshire, Aylesbury University Technical College (AUTC), Next Phase Academy, Performers Hub, Buckinghamshire Adult Learning, XYZ Music Academy, The Engineering Trust and our very own Grange School Sixth Form.
The event provided students with the opportunity to explore A Levels, BTECs, apprenticeships, degree apprenticeships and specialist vocational pathways, while speaking directly to providers about future opportunities and career aspirations. A huge thank you to all of the organisations that generously gave up their time to support our students. Their guidance, expertise and commitment play an invaluable role in helping young people make informed decisions about their future.
Special thanks go to Miss Pastore, our Careers Advisor for her fantastic organisation of this event, and to our former Careers Advisor, Mrs Kittles who generously returned to support the planning and set up. Their brilliant collaboration provided our students with a fantastic experience and is a wonderful example of teamwork and dedication to supporting young people’s futures.
