Our recent October Halloween arts and crafts sessions were a huge success, with our Young Carers enjoying lots of activities filled with creativity, laughter and plenty of spooky fun!

The sessions provided a wonderful opportunity for students to relax, make new friends and spend time with others who understand the unique challenges that can come with being a Young Carer. From spooky creations to games and chats, it was fantastic to see everyone getting involved and enjoying some well-deserved time for themselves.

A huge thank you to Miss Buckingham, Miss McCormack or helping to make these sessions such a success and to Carers Bucks for their continued support.

Take a look at some of the highlights from the sessions!

We currently have 72 identified Young Carers within our school community, but we know there may be others who have not yet been recognised. If your child helps to care for a family member who has a disability, illness, mental health condition or substance misuse issue, they may be a Young Carer and eligible for additional support.

If you feel your child may be a Young Carer, please contact us at [email protected] (FAO Miss Buckingham).
