This week from the 14-18 March we are taking part in British Science Week.
We are holding a series of practical opportunities to experience some science in action after school in S1, 3pm-4pm
Monday 14th Make your own bath bomb (How can we make a bath bomb?)
Tuesday 15th Flame tests (what gives fireworks their colours?)
Wednesday 16th Van der Graaf generator (can we use static electricity to make your hair stand on end?)
Thursday 17th Fruit batteries (can we use fruits to power electrical devices?)
Friday 18th Paper chromatography (who owns the pen used in the crime scene?)
We also have our poster competition to enter – please do have a go!
