On Friday 1 April 2022, we are holding a fund raising charity day to support The Red Cross and their effort in Ukraine alongside a close to home charitable cause, the Aylesbury Food Bank. I am sure you agree they are both very worthy causes needing all the support they can get at the moment. To raise funds, we are asking students to donate a minimum of £1 in order to wear their own clothes to school for the day. The Friends of The Grange (PTA) are also selling donuts for £1 to raise funds for the school on the same day. Please ensure the clothes worn are appropriate for school and normal lessons will of course be continuing, so students need to be equipped for the day as usual.
In addition, on Thursday 7 April 2022, we will be recognising the efforts many of our students have put in this term. Students with an average ‘attitude to learning’ score of 4 or above will be invited to wear Mufti on this day. It will be normal uniform expectations for all students not involved.
