A huge congratulations to our Year 7 football team who secured their first win together last week beating Princes Risborough School 3–2!
After going 1–0 down, the boys showed fantastic character to bounce back. Seb C levelled the score before half time, continuing his impressive goal tally for the season.
A reshuffle at half time saw Eisa H move from defence into midfield and he made an instant impact by scoring his first goal for the team!
Maxwell S then powered in a brilliant header from a corner to make it 3–1. Princes Risborough pulled one back late on, but the Grange defence stood strong in the final minutes to secure a well-deserved 3–2 victory.
After a number of tough games this season, Mr Olde praised the team’s resilience and determination to get the win over the line and finish the season on a high.
