Buckinghamshire Healthcare are visiting our school on the 12 December to administer the Flu Intra-Nasal vaccine to students in Year 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11.
All parents and carers have been forwarded a letter from our admin team from Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust regarding either giving or refusing consent. To date we have had less than a 50% response rate.
Please can you ensure you complete the form at the latest by midday on Monday 11 December.
