It’s been an absolute pleasure to have been involved in the Model United Nations Schools project hosted by Buckinghamshire Council.
Our Year 9 students have had two fantastic sessions to date in December and January as well as lots of work going on behind the scenes in school with Mr Pynn.
This inspirational project project culminates with the final MUNGA conference on the 1 March at The Gateway, Aylesbury. We can’t wait to see our students in action!
We have already learnt so much from this interactive learning experience. Not only have we had the chance to study and discuss global issues, but along the way, we are also developing crucial skills such as research, persuasive writing, public speaking, problem solving, consensus building, conflict resolution, compromise and cooperation.
More to follow so watch this space and of course our up to the minute social media accounts!
