Last night’s Summer Music Showcase was an absolutely stunning celebration of our students’ talent, creativity and confidence, a true highlight of the Summer Term. The programme featured an incredible range of performances, from contemporary chart hits to classical works, showcasing just how diverse and accomplished our young musicians are.
Across Key Stage 3, GCSE and Sixth Form, students delivered powerful vocals, expressive instrumental performances, beautifully arranged duets and full‑ensemble pieces. Standout moments included interpretations of Diamonds, If I Ain’t Got You, Sweet Child o’ Mine, Golden Hour, Fire on Fire, Saturn, and many more, each performed with professionalism and heart. Our choirs and orchestra also shone, bringing richness and energy to the evening, while our tech crew kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
A huge and heartfelt thank you to Mrs Kirk, whose hard work, organisation and musical leadership pulled the showcase together. Her dedication ensures our students have unforgettable opportunities to perform, grow and shine on stage.
We are also incredibly grateful to our wonderful PTA, Friends of the Grange School – Aylesbury for providing refreshments for our amazing audience of families, students and staff.
