Letters were given to students yesterday (Monday 23 November 2020), with information regarding the booking process for the Year 11 Virtual Parents Evening on Wednesday 9 December 2020 from 4:15pm to 8:00pm.
If your son/daughter was not present during registration, or the teacher handing out letters did not see them, any letters have been posted first class. Owing to the online system we were only able to send letters to Priority 1 contacts as it is only possible to make one appointment per teacher for your child.
The system will be open for bookings from 7:00am on Wednesday 25 November 2020 and will close at 11:00am on Wednesday 9 December 2020. If you experience any difficulties in booking appointments please contact Mrs Simons on 01296 390910.
We are having to use a virtual parents evening system owing to the current situation and information about how these calls will work has been included with your letter.
