After a disappointing start to this big game, we found ourselves 2-0 down at half time but in the second half the boys showed great resilience, scoring two goals to take the game to a penalty shootout.
Unfortunately the penalties didn’t go our way and Amersham won the shootout 5-4. Football can be a very cruel game sometimes.
Despite the result not going our way on the day, the students represented our school very admirably and they should be very proud of their efforts. Well done to William J, Josh G, Jackson L, Jackson Mc, Harry R, Joseph T, Romeo T-J, Taku C, Ben H, Dylan B, William B, Tye D, Frankie V, Charlie H, Michael B, George S and Lucas F.
