The Buckinghamshire Immunisation Team is visiting The Grange on Thursday 1 February 2024 to administer the Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio and Meningitis ACWY vaccinations.
Please find below a flyer detailing how to complete a consent form along with all the relevant links required for the vaccine details. Please ensure that you complete your Year 9 child’s consent form if you have not already done so as soon as possible.
