Dear Parents and Carers,
I am looking forward to seeing your children back in school from Wednesday. It will be good to see all year groups back and ready to engage in their learning.
With near on 1350 students on roll there is a good deal of wear and tear that occurs over the course of the school year and the schools’ site team have busy with refurbishments to the school to freshen it up for our student’s return.
Students performed well within their end of year exams and contributed to improving results for the school. Mr Golding has sent out a reminder regarding expectations for the start of the term, as we want to continue to create and develop the positive learning environment for your children.
At the end of term we also sent out the Summer 2019 edition of the The Grange Gazette. If you didn’t have the opportunity read it, please do take a look.
The activities that occur outside of the curriculum most definitely contribute to our students experience and I would like to congratulate and thank everyone for their participation.
Hopefully your children have had an enjoyable summer break and looking forward to seeing their teachers and friends. I am sure that by the end of the week they will used to waking up earlier and back into the routines of school.
We all look forward to an exciting and productive school year.
Yours sincerely,
Vince Murray
